Ruth Curry Crandell, 90, of Lynchburg, died Monday, December 1, 2014. She was the wife of the late Theodore Arthur Crandall for 65 years.
Born August 16, 1924, in Rush, New York, Ruth was a daughter of the late Ruth Kellogg Crandall and the late Alexander Patterson Curry.
Ruth is survived by a son, James Theodore Crandall of Pace, Florida; her daughter, Barbara Ann Boothe of Lynchburg; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2014 at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg.
A funeral service will follow at 12:00 a.m.(Noon) on Thursday in the chapel of Tharp Funeral Home with Jim Tucker officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park.
