Ryan is survived by his loving mother, Martha Tweedy Blair; devoted brother, Evan Blair; Evan’s partner, Hannah; cherished sister, Ivey Blair; Ivey’s partner, KI; and their adored children, Bentley and Karrington. Additionally, Ryan leaves behind a treasure trove of cherished memories shared with his lifelong friends.

Ryan had many passions including philosophy, political science, music, travel, and especially social justice. He enjoyed conversation and easily connected with new people through his genuine inquiring spirit.

Ryan's legacy is one of love, compassion, and intellectual curiosity. An avid reader and writer, he found solace and inspiration in the pages of literature. His passion for learning was infectious, and his keen intellect enriched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
