He was a retired electrical lineman for Richardson-Wayland and New River. He loved playing the guitar.
Proceeded in death by his father Andrew Beverly, mother Thelma Yeatts, brother Andrew Beverly, and daughter Angela Beverly.
He leaves behind a loving wife Lana Beverly, a son Samuel Dwight Beverly Jr. (JoEllen) of Gladys, a daughter Tammy McDaniel (Joey) of Madison, two grandchildren Whittney Beverly and Jeremy Beverly, four sisters Janice Layne, Susan Revis, Cathy Neal, Sharon Seigla, and multiple nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are welcome at the residence. Memorial service at a later date.
