Shirley attended Drury College, then pursued her Masters Degree, and was a school teacher in Kansas City, MO for 35 yrs. She leaves behind her daughter, Robin Rowden, of Lynchburg; son, Todd Rowden of Kansas City, MO; And two granddaughters, Paris Rowden and Ivory Rowden.
