Susan "Susie" Watson Clark

W. Susan (Susie) Clark, 56, of Forest, died peacefully under the watchful and caring guidance of the combined staffs of VBH Skilled Care Unit and Centra Hospice, and the loving support of her family and friends, on Friday, June 6, 2014. She was married to William (Bill) H. Clark for 32 years and was the daughter of the late Billy J. and Grace D. Watson.

In addition to her husband, Susie is survived by two daughters: Katie A. Clark of Duvall, WA and Hannah C. Rodrigues (Manuel A. Rodrigues III) of Forest, VA; mother Grace Watson of Forest, VA; and three sisters: Catherine L. Watson (Earl F. Henderson) of Boulder, CO; Melody W. Eggleston (C. Wayne Eggleston) of Forest, VA; and L. Kay Watson of Forest, VA.

The happiest days of her life centered around art and children and her fondest wish would be for all people to experience this same joy and bliss.

The family will receive friends at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg, on Sunday June 8, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. to share memories and laughter.
