Suzanne Marie Allen
Suzanne Marie LeBlanc Allen, 54, of Lynchburg, VA, died Friday, March 04, 2011. She was the wife of Albert Lewis Allen Jr., for 35 years.
Born Tuesday, November 13, 1956 in Washington, DC, Suzanne was a daughter of the late Dennis LeBlanc and Bernadette Melanson LeBlanc.
In addition to her husband, Suzanne is survived by a son Christopher Joseph Allen and his fiancé Meredith Wohlford, of Lynchburg, three brothers, Thomas LeBlanc, Dennis Noel LeBlanc and his wife, Laura, and John LeBlanc, all of Richmond; two sisters, Rose Marie Daniel and her husband, William Ernest Daniel, Jr., of Lynchburg, and Louise Staton, of Madison Heights, VA; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Suzanne will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and sister. She was always there to help anyone in need; she especially enjoyed helping Chris with his business. She was always interested in learning, whether it was medicine, or genealogy. She never grew tired of working, having spent 15 years with R. R. Donnelley and 13 years with Barr Labs. She will be missed by all.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 08, 2011 at Spring Hill Cemetery.
