Ted W Pryor

Ted William “Bill” Pryor, 88, of Bedford, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016. He was born in Clay Co. Missouri on April 23, 1927, a son of the late Ted R. Pryor and Ruby Williams Pryor. In addition to his parents Bill was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy Kathryn Pryor and a brother and sister-in-law, Charles F Pryor and wife, Marie.Bill was a member of Holy Name of Mary Catholic church in Bedford. He served his country in the United States Navy during the end of WWII. Bill was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed boating, water sports, fishing and gardening. He was also loved working with model trains and military aircraft memorabilia. He worked for many years for Wetzel Inc. in agriculture sales and marketing before retirement.He is survived by his two daughters, Kathryn P. Garvin and Teresa P. Wilkerson and her husband, Jerry; three grandchildren, Joseph J. Wilkerson and his wife, Ashley, Cailan M. Garvin and his wife, Colleen and Diana K. Wilkerson and her fiancé, Brett Lemon; two great-grandsons, Grayson and Cooper Wilkerson; one brother, Richard S.
