Thelma Louise Trail Hylton, 96, of Bedford, passed away Monday, September 1, 2014 in a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Frederick R. Hylton. She is survived by three daughters; Ellen A. Hylton of Roanoke, Diane Hylton of New York, NY, and Donna H. Walker of Bedford, two grandsons; Rick Walker of Roanoke and Jason A. Walker of Madison Heights; two great-grandsons, Liam Walker and Matthew Walker both of Madison Heights, three sisters; Lena Shelor of Floyd, Peggy Casey of Roanoke, and Marlene Jones of Floyd; two brothers, Lewis Ray Trail of Manassas and L. C. Trail of Salem, and number of nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received Thursday, September 4, 2014 from 12:30 until 1:30 at Tharp Funeral Home. A Graveside service will be held in Greenwood Cemetery at 2:00 PM. A light luncheon and reception will follow at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford.
