Early Monday morning October 13, 2014, Thomas Edward Spinner (Mudcat) transitioned from labor to reward at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Betty Spinner.
He leaves to cherish his memory a sister: Ernestine Pittman a brother: Barry Spinner, two uncles: Jewel (Carolyn) Spinner, George (Vonda) Spinner, three aunts: Ollie McDaniel, Carrie Lillie (Jack) Franklin, Florence Younger and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. A special bond of friendship and love, with Louise and Curtis Otey. A thank you for being a friend to Betty Erikson.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Monday October 20, 2014 at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the church; his remains will be open to the public during this time. Family and friends will assemble at other times at the home of his aunt, Florence Younger, 2205 Peters Creek Road, Big Island.
