Thomas Henry Lewis, Jr.

Thomas Henry Lewis Jr., 64, of Lynchburg, VA, died Monday, May 14, 2012. He was the husband of Myra Sue Albright Lewis.

Mr. Lewis was born Sunday, May 2, 1948 in Arlington, VA, a son of the late Thomas Henry Lewis, Sr. and the late Elizabeth Steptoe. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was retired from Poplar Forest Pool and Tennis Recreation Center. He was a member of Falls Church \"" Columbia Baptist.

 In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter: Cindy Chapter and her husband, Matt of Austin, TX; a sister: Anne Leyden of Atlantic Beach, FL.; and two grandchildren: Lorelei and Ivy Chapter.

 The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg. A graveside service for Thomas's will be conducted at Saturday, May 19, 2012 at National Memorial Park in Falls Church. VA.
