Timothy Lee Howell, 51, of Vinton and formally of Bedford passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018. He was born on July 6, 1967 in Roanoke, VA. He is the son of Terry Gene Howell, Sr. and Mary Alice McManaway Howell.
Timmy served his country for 6 years during Desert Storm in the United States Air Force from 1988 until 1994. He was a service cable tech with Verizon. He was a member of Beverdam Baptist Church in Vinton. He loved spending time in the outdoors, especially hunting and shooting guns. Timmy will be missed by his family and friends.
In addition to his parents Timmy is survived by his son, Travis Howell and his wife, Rebecca; brother, Terry Gene Howell, Jr. and his wife, Melissa; grandson, Cayden Howell; two nephews, Justin Howell and Joshua Howell; aunts, Linda Gardner and her husband, Hardford and Frances Elizabeth “Betsey” Franklin; also numerous other family and many friends.
