Born Thursday, February 06, 1969 in Seattle, WA, Tomi was a daughter of Dorothy Mae Pitts Byrum.
In addition to her husband and mother, Tomi is survived by her children: Davilyn Pinney, David Pinney, and Ben Wagner, and a sister, JoLana Byrum.
The family will receive friends tonight, November 20, 2014 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg. A celebration of Tomi’s life will held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Court Baptist Church.
