Virginia Elizabeth Lee

Virginia Elizabeth Lee, 80, of Madison Heights Virginia, died peacefully Tuesday, July 20, 2010, in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Virginia (Ginny) was born January 18, 1930 in Lakewood, New Jersey.  She grew up in The Colliers School in Wickatunk, New Jersey.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Lawrence Lee of Madison Heights, and survived by five children; two daughters, Karen and husband Ray Langford of Lynchburg, Mary Ford of Virginia Beach, and three sons; Wayne and wife Terry Lee of Altavista, Ted Lee of Charlotte, NC, and Dale Lee of Lynchburg and 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her dearest friend, Lila Rosenthal and many others.

A celebration of Virginia's life will be held Friday, July 23, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Holy Cross Catholic Church with the Rev. James Gallagher officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service at 5:30 PM in her daughter\"™s home.

In lieu of flower, memorial contributions may be sent to Colliers School, 160 Conover Rd., Wickatunk, NJ, 07765.
