Virginia “June” Philbrook
Virginia \"June\" Law Philbrook, 72, of Lynchburg, died on Friday, February 15, 2013. She was the wife of the late John Victor Philbrook. June was born on January 5, 1941 in Lynchburg, a daughter of the late Jasper Law and the late Eliza (Ethel) Dalton Law.
June is survived by one daughter, Junemarie Wilkins of NC and her children, Robert, Tiffany, Briana, and Jocelyn; one son, John Philbrook of CA and his children, Kara and Nicole; one grand-granddaughter, Avery Philbrook of NC, three sisters, Shirley Johnson of Lynchburg, Erma Manutti of NJ and Lillian Davis of TN; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg, with Pastor John V. Philbrook, Jr. officiating.
