Virginia Tuck Coleman
Virginia Tuck Coleman, 94 of The Summit, formerly of Boonsboro Road, passed away on July 4, 2010.
Virginia was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She will always be in the hearts of her family members. In her younger years, she was an active member of College Hill Baptist Church and the wives group of the Lynchburg Lifesaving Crew. She was very proud that her husband, Ashby Coleman, was president of the crew. Her second love after her family and friends, was gardening. She continued to make this world a more beautiful place, even after becoming legally blind in her seventies.
A private family service will take place later this summer.
The Coleman family has entrusted the care of their loved one to Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg, 434-237-9424.
