Waltraud Felscher

Waltraud (Trudy) Felscher died peacefully on December 2, 2020 at Heartland Rehab Facility in Lynchburg, Virginia.  Trudy was born on October 12, 1934 in  Melle, Germany.   After World War 2, she immigrated to the United States  in 1954. Shortly thereafter, she proudly became a US citizen. She lived lived in many places including Queens New York and Sayville, New York before finally coming to Lynchburg ,Virginia in 1983. She loved the natural beauty of our area-especially the Blue Ridge Mountains.  She was a true lover of animals and nature.  Trudy was a proud German- American Women who cared deeply for her family and friends.

She is survived by her 2 of her 4 loving sons, Frank and Ron — (Ronny ) as well as many nieces and nephews, grand children and great grandchildren. Her legacy will live on our hearts and many great memories of her well lived life.
