Billy was born on December 20, 1949, and died at home on November 14, 2013. He graduated from DCC where he studied Printing and Graphic Design. Billy lived and worked in downtown Lynchburg, for his entire adult life, and he was a faithful employee of CRI Digital Impressions for over 42 years. Billy was a smiling face always noticed on Main Street and a permanent fixture at the Lynchburg Community Market. Billy was a kind, gentle soul who will be greatly missed by those who knew him. Billy was preceded in death by two dear friends, Erma Seiferth and Ted Trevey.
A Celebration of Billy\"™s Life, officiated by the Rev. Kathy Nicholls, Pastor of Inglewood Baptist Church, will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg.
