William Watkins Goff Jr. of Vesuvius passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Virginia Baptist hospital with the love of his life, Lesa Solomon, by his side.
Bill was born in Lynchburg on November 20, 1951 to the late William Watkins Goff, Sr. and the late Martha Quick Goff.
In addition to Lesa, he is survived by his children: Michael Goff (Whitney) and Brittany Scott (Brandon); a brother, Gary Goff, his devoted friend Grover Ramsey and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2016 at New Prospect Baptist Church in Pleasant View, VA with Reverend Myles Beck officiating.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.
