William McNeill

William Roger McNeill, born on December 19, 1948, in New York, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2024, in Lynchburg, Virginia. He was a devoted husband to Lillie Juanita McNeill. William also leaves behind a legacy as the son of Roger McNeill and Mary Windley, both of whom have preceded him in death.

 William was self-employed, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to his work. He was a proud holder of a Bachelor's Degree, reflecting his commitment to education and personal growth.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on October 16, 2024, at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory in Lynchburg, Virginia, starting at 11:00 AM. This gathering will provide family and friends an opportunity to honor William's life and remember the joy he brought to those around him.
