William Preston Holbrook became heaven bound on October 29, 2014 following a courageous battle with cancer with his loving family by his side.
He grew up in Roanoke County and attended Cave Spring High School graduating in 1972. Preston lived in Bedford County for the remainder of his life with his wife, Amy, of 38 years and children, Matthew, Kristin, and Tyler.
He worked hard all his life in the meat business including Valleydale Packers, Kroger, and Gwaltney. He also owned several businesses over the years including Holbrook Enterprises and BPI in Roanoke. Preston was a Christian man and a loving husband, father, and
