Woneda Higgs Roth

Woneda D. Higgs Roth age 92 of Montvale, formally of St. Clairsville, OH passed away on February 15, 2020 at her residence where she resided with her daughter and her husband. Woneda was born August 25,1927 in Wheeling Co, OH. A daughter of the late Warren and Blanche Coulter Higgs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Vernon Roth; twin grandsons, Jon Jay and Michael Vernon McLaughlin; one daughter, Laverna Jane, four brothers and three sisters.

Surviving are her two daughters Carol (Gaylon) Lam of Montvale, VA and Kay (Jerry) Knicely of New Concord, OH; five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends.
