Woodrow Wilson White Jr., 75 of Lynchburg passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family and lifelong friends on Tuesday, May 15, 2018.
Born on October 23, 1942 in Lynchburg to the late Woodrow Wilson White Sr., and Leona Hendricks White.
Jr served in the United States Army and retired from Sentry Equipment Erectors.
He is survived by his daughters, Kimberly White (Christopher Coffey), and Kandance Reid (Christopher Reid); former spouse and special friend, Carolyn Wise (Pug); brothers, Jerry White (Diane White), and Gene White as well as an extended host of family and friends.
Memorial Contributions may be sent to, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Alan B. Pearson Regional Cancer Center.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 18, 2018 at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
