Joy was my (and sister, Meg's) babysitter way back when we lived in Hyattsville, MD (1980's). Remember her as a wonderful woman. She was so caring and kind. It was always wonderful to go to "Joy's House". Condolences to all of the Prose family- Johnny, Debbie and Shelly. Thinking of all of you from all the Yednocks.

I’m so very sorry to hear of Joy’s passing. She was a caring, thoughtful, and deeply loving soul. She always treated me like family and welcomed me into her home—some of the fondest memories from our childhood that I will always cherish. Hugs to you all during this difficult time. May the memories of her give you all strength, peace, and solace in the coming days.
